Spouses of Master’s Degree students are allowed to work full time .

Work Opportunities
Part-time work
International students can work up to 40 hours in 15 days during their studies and full time during college/University breaks.
Full-Time Work
Australian Government gives opportunity to International students to gain work experience after their completion of Studies with no restrictions on the types of employment and no requirement for a job offer.
International students who have studied a diploma course can apply for a post study work permit of up to 2 years. Bachelor, master degree and higher education student are eligible for a work permit of 2 to 4 years.
Permanent Residency Option
After getting valuable work experience on a work permit there are also possibilities of attaining a permanent residence in Australia through skilled migration, employer nomination schemes and regional skilled migration schemes.
